Finance Department


The Finance Department is responsible for the functions of Accounts Payable, Payroll, Benefits, Purchasing, and General Ledger. The Finance Department is responsible for all financial reporting which includes annual budget preparation and control of budgetary accounts; and the preparation for the annual audit.

The Finance Director is appointed by the Administrator/Controller and acts as a financial advisor to the Administrator/Controller. When requested, the Finance Department provides support for special projects, such as new building construction or remodeling facilities.

Mike brings years of accounting expertise to the table. As the department director, Mike keeps tabs on the budget, not only expenditures but revenues as well. His team advises the Administrator/Controller along with the Board of Commissioners throughout the budget cycle.
