Complete Medical Services
All youth are given an intake physical by a registered nurse within 72 hours of admission. Detainees have access to a nurse or doctor for medical needs or concerns. In the event of a medical emergency, the youth would be transported to MyMichigan Regional Medical Center for care. Center staff works closely with parents and Court Probation Officers to ensure that all youth have adequate amounts of any prescribed medication, and works diligently to ensure that medication is administered in the prescribed manner.
