COVID-19
COVID-19 remains on our minds and in our community. We offer COVID vaccines for everyone 6 months of age or older. We also provide information to help educate our community on safe practices to prevent the spread of the virus.
If you have questions about vaccinations, or would like to schedule an appointment, please call our office at (989) 832-6380 (option 1) or schedule online.

Clinics for 1st, 2nd or Booster Vaccination doses are held at the Midland County Department of Public Health, located in the Midland County Services Building - 2nd floor.
Pfizer, Moderna, Novavax and J & J vaccine are available for no out-of-pocket cost.
We offer 1st, 2nd, and booster doses for anyone 6 months of age and older.
Please bring your vaccination card if this is a 2nd or a booster dose.
A reminder to parents of children ages 6 months - 17 years: the health department requires that a parent/legal guardian accompany their child AND sign a consent for vaccination. No child will be vaccinated unless these conditions are met.
